The only information this website actively collects is what you choose to enter into the "Make an enquiry" form on the Referrals page — your name, email address and message. When you submit that form, it opens your own device's email application with your message pre-filled, addressed to the practice's email inbox. Your information is sent directly from your device via your own email provider — this website itself does not receive, store or have a database of these submissions.

As stated on the Referrals page, please don't include personal health information in that enquiry form. For referrals or matters involving your health information, please have your GP or specialist contact the practice directly, or contact the practice yourself using the phone or fax details provided.
